Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Within South Africa

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping on orders over R1490 (if applicable).

3. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier companies such as:

  • The Courier Guy

  • Fastway Couriers

  • Aramex South Africa

Courier selection may vary depending on your delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • Or return the parcel to us

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. International Shipping (Optional)

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times vary between 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mbusowilson@mhaengineering.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
